Ancestors of LindaSlaughter

I am starting to research the ancestors of my grandparents:Walton Harold Palmer, Mamie Hinton, Sanford Tillman Slaughter, and Flora Verna Slagle.There has been very extensive research compiled on the ansestors of Sanford Tillman Slaughter & Walton Harold Palmer but I have not found much on their wives.I am currently researching Mamie Hinton and Flora Slagle.
Mamie Hinton was from Glascock County, Georgia, but she and her husband Walton Palmer moved to Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.Her parents were Joseph Hiram Hinton and Berta B Williams.Flora Verna Slagle lived and died in LaFayette, Chambers County, Alabama but I believe her ancestors came from somewhere in Georgia.Her parents were Thomas B Slagel and Ellen C Chewning.
