I am searching the roots of one of the slaves of the Densons of Mississippi. These people traveled to Arkansas with the Densons in 1838.They then were taken to Grayson county,Texas by one Jim Denson. Due to a difficult financial situation, there they were sold to one,Felix Grundy. He in turn moved them to the Marlin,Texas area. Here is where our history takes root. We also have the Crawfords out of Savanah,Ga as the maternal part of this family tree. There is not much information past 1850 discovered to date on this part of the family. if you are part of these great families and have input or corrections feel free to contact me at this E-mail address. |
