After the death of Charlotte in 1836, we loose track of Charles and the children. Charles emerges in 1840 to produce the book "Memoir of Charlotte Blake" which contains both diary entries and letters written by Charlotte in the course of her life. An original is held by Joyce Lambert, I have a copy.
