Also, my wife Shari's names: BURNETT, COX, DANIEL, HIGHNOTE, ROBBINS, RUSSELL in the U.S., and BURWELL, GORUSCH, ROWLAND, and TYNDALE in England, and SWINDERBY and SWINDERLY in Denmark.

Both family groups seem to be found mostly in NJ, VA, SC, GA, KY, IL, AL, MS, LA, MO, AR & TX, and they probably originated in the British Isles, although so far, I haven't found any immigrants from there or anywhere else since about 1700.
