1. LEMUEL¹ GARRISON was born Abt. 1750, and died Abt. 1818 in Clinton Co., Ohio. He married MARY PARSONS.

Notes for MARY PARSONS:
Proof is lacking on the surname of Mary, Lemuel's wife. Mary Parsons was the daughter of Benjamin Parsons and Phebe Platts. Benjamin's will, made in 1796 in Great Egg Harbor Twp., Gloucester Co., NJ, lists his daughters Prudy Doughty and Mary Garritson. As Lemuel Garrison was from the same township, his first son was named Parsons, and the Doughtys settled a few miles south of Lemuel in Brown Co., OH, there is a strong likelihood that Lemuel married Mary Parsons.
