This section of my collection includes my ancestors on my father's side. My father, Guy Wilbur Smith, and his five sisters were born to Harvey Lamdin Smith and Dora Clapp. My father's paternal grandfather, Robert Major Smith, and his family moved from Tennessee to Washington Territory in 1881 and settled in northern Walla Walla County. My father's matenal grandfather, Rufus Leander Clapp, and his family moved from Colorado to Washington Territory in 1882 and settled in Walla Walla County.
