George was the only son of Johann Schwenzer and Margaretha Goepfert. She was one of eight children born to Frederick Patricius Hornung and Katharina Narr. They were married Oct/28/1894 at Our Lady of Sorrows 213 Stanton Street , NY NY 10002,USA.
