Israel was the fourth child of Joseph Warner and Delia Tiffen of Assington. He was an Agricultural Labourer, and worked at Assington Hall with horses at one point in his life. He died at the Fox and Hounds Pub at Groton, the home of his daughter Elizabeth, who was the informant of his death. He was a very religious man.
