4. ISAAC⁴ CAMP (ENOS³, SAMUEL², EDWARD¹)¹² was born February 24, 1719/20 in Milford, New Haven, CT ¹³, and died 1761 in Milford, New Haven, CT¹³. He married SARAH CLARK¹⁴, daughter of GEORGE CLARK and MARY COLEY. She was born Abt. 1720 in Milford, New Haven, CT ¹⁵, and died May 23, 1791 in Milford, New Haven, CT¹⁵.

Notes for ISAAC CAMP:
One Isaac Camp served nineteen days in the militia company of Capt. Joseph Woodruff of Milford, which marched to the relief of Fort William Henry in August 1757. Possibly the soldier was his young son Isaac instead of himself.

Administration on Isaac Camp's estate was granted in April 1761 to his widow Sarah. The inventory showed an estate of over 597 pounds. Allowance was made to the widow for mourning and provosions, and for bringing up the youngest child till four years old, a period of six months. Sarah was allowed guardian to Isaac, and appointed guardian to Job, Abigail, Deborah, Mary, and Abiah, five minor children of Isaac. Distribution was made to the widow Sarah, eldest daughter Sarah, daughters Abigail, Deborah, Mary and Abiah Camp, eldest son Isaac, and youngest son Job. Eliphal Gillet of Milford was allowed guardian to Job, June 1763, and to Abigail, 4 Aug 1763. Abel Camp was appointed guardian to Deborah, Dec 1768.

Administration on the unadministered estate of Mr. Isaac Camp was granted to Jonah Newton of Milford at the request of Isaac Camp, Deborah Allen and Abiah Twitchell, some of the heirs, 7 May 1792. This was after the death of the widow, and the inventory (110 pounds) was part of the estate that had been set to her for dower.
