The International Association of Sneeds

In the 1930's Sneeds from around the Brentwood Tennessee area gathered for summer family picnics. Since 1951 organized Sneed Family Reunions have been held around the country every two years. In 1981 The National Association of Sneeds was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the State of Tennessee. Active participation by Sneyds from Canada resulted in our name change to the International Association of Sneeds a few years ago. We send regular family newsletters to over 300 families on our mailing list. Membership dues are $10.00 per household per year...... Many of us are working to build up our database of family knowledge. Feel free to contact me for help researching your Sneed/Snead/Sneyd ancestors or to send me what you have to share with others......The next reunion of The International Association of Sneeds will be held in St. Louis, MO. in the summer of 2009. I hope to see you there!
