John L and Sandra L Somers of Glencoe, OK

Hi, we are currently working on putting both our familys on our family tree. We live in a small town east of Stillwater, OK where Okla. State University is located. My husbands father was John Jacob Somers born in Medford, OK and his mother is Rhoda Mae Belveal Somers also born in Okla. My fathers name was Clarence Woodrow Cheesman, born in Kellyville, OK and lived most of his live in Cushing, OK, my mother is Eva May Day Cheesman, born in Cushing, OK the oldest of 11 children. My mother has done quite alot on her and my fathers family tree and I am currently trying to get information on my husbands family. We do know that his fathers family was one of three brothers that came to America from England and that his mothers family were French.
