Immigrant William Sprenckel Descendants - We have mentioned the 1849 letter a number of times in discussions about George Sprinkle ("George of Cass Co.") on the Sprinkle List. This letter is a valuable primary source document for this branch of the Sprinkle family. It was written by (or on behalf of) George of Cass Co., IN to his son Wilson, who lived in Waterloo, Lawrence Co., OH. The George mentioned on pg. 1 in the letter was George of Cass Co.'s son George W. (b. 23 Jan 1814), who did not accompany his father to Indiana; we do not know what happened to this son (letter in the possession of descendant Ramona Gibson)
