Immigrant William Sprenckel Descendant (most likely) - George Alsop Sprinkle (1844-1929), was the s/o George W. Sprinkle & Nancy Burnett of Madison Co., VA. He married Paulina Mertes Hume, 24 Jun 1868, Madison Co., VA. During the Civil War, George served in Co.
