Chapter One My whole family seems to have started when, Hans Pedersen and Anne Nielsdatter met somewhere in Denmark sometime around the early 1800's. The begatting began at that time with only one son I can find. Soren Larsen, Born June 02, 1818, in Albak, Hjorring, Denmark, who married Ane Marie Sorensen, on April 2, 1844. Mar 28, 1854 Tinus Sorensen, b. 1857 Jeno Peder Sorensen, b. 1862 Chapter Two Martin Johann Sorensen My Great-Grandfather, met a lady by the name of Mary and my Grandfather, Julius Andrew sorensen, was born on Sept 1, 1875. Mary some how left the picture possibly through death of diptheria that ravaged Denmark about that time. So martin too a second wife, was Anna marie Jensen, b. Feb. 15, 1863. and they had 4 more children, in Denmark. Chris Sorensen, b. mar 29, 1881 Mary Sorensen, b. Sep. 14, 1882 Herman Sorensen,b. Jan. 17, 1884 Alma Sorensen, b. Jun 22, 1887 The Sorensens then came to America, ( abt 1888) where they continued to grow a family of 7 more children.in Nebraska. (Nebraska grows good crops) Frank, b. October 23, 1889 Anna may, b. Aug 6, 1892 Angus, b. Oct 31, 1894 Carrie Elfreda, b. Apr. 30, 1897 Ruth, b. Nov. 12, 1899 Emmett, b. Sep. 29, 1902 Martha Christina, b. May 23, 1905. and the Sagga continues.
