He was born in 1891 and at some point moved to Vanceburg, KY and married Mary Susan BERINS. Arthur is the son of James and Mary ? HOBBS. Mary is said to be full-blooded Cherokee indian of the Blackfoot clan. The Adkins and Gilliums all hail from Carter and Elliott Counties in KY. William Joseph And Nancy Sue GILLIUM ADKINS are my grandparents. William is the son of David and Elizabeth ? ADKINS. Nancy is the daughter of Newton and Mary ? GILLIUM.
