Speyer, Sisk, Borton, The Speyer Family originated in Bavaria and came to the US in Approx 1854. George Speyer married Appolonia Scherer who came here in the 1854 as well. The Sisk Family came from Tennessee and I have heard Prussia. I am researching those facts right now. The Borton family was married to Alphonse Speyer and came from Ohio
