Initial start to researching my family. Using old written documentation from my great aunt. My family started out in New Hope, Virginia in the mid 1600's and eventually migrated to Jasper County, Georgia in the early 1800's. I am looking for any and all information on the Spears of Georgia and Virginia. Hopefully, I can also tie in the Spears prior to 1650 with our ancesters coming to the new world. |
