Home Page of the Spearings

I am currently trying to research my married name, which is Spearing. My husband's great-grandfather was named William Spearing and we are fairly sure he had a brother named Edward (but they called him Tom). His death certificate lists Blair County (Western PA) as his birthplace, but I am having one hard time trying to find him before 1900. (He was born in 1861). I would appreciate any information anyone can give me.
I have researched my maiden name (Wissler) back to 1720 when they came over on the boat from Germany. Their names were Jacob and Magdalina. Anyone interested in this information? I will share this information if you're looking for it!
