| I am from the Scone / Aberdeen area in New South Wales, Australia. All of my ancestors came from Ireland apart from the Whiteheads. They all migrated to Australia between 1835 and 1860. My Spencer ancestors came from Avoca Wicklow - Ireland in the 1840's. My ancestor came out on "the China" and was married to a Mary Ann Stark before coming out.My Walkers came from Enniskillen Ireland the same time about. The Whiteheads came from Hoyland Yorkshire 1840's. These are my father's side. My mother was a McGoldrick - whose ancestors came from from Boa Is. in Ireland They came out in the 1850's. Also Flanagans from Tipperary in the 1850's. The names Tripp, Butler and Carrigh feature. Also a name Anne Lilbyrne who was first married to a Neilan but married McGoldrick here in Australia . All of the above settled in the same area of NSW Australia mentioned above... I married a Mackay who descended from Mackays in Brisbane, and Grey - Walkers from the same place. The grey - Walkers came from Ayr in Scotland in the early part of the 1900's. On his mother's side are Towners/ Greiggs or Greggs from St George/ or Moree in NSW Australia.
