I am searching for information on my great-great-great grandfather, MATHIAS SPRINGER, born about 1740, died March 1804 who married ANNA ZIMMERMAN about 1770. My great-great grandfather was also MATHIAS SPRINGER, born abt. 1783. He married SUSANNA MILLER in Columbiana County, Ohio, 11 July 1817.

My great-grandparents were JACOB SPRINGER, born March 30, 1827, and ELIZABETH STEWART, born abt. 1833, and married January 31, 1851, in Spencer County, KY.

I am particularly interested in family of great-grandmother, ELIZABETH STEWART, and origins of MATHIAS SPRINGER, the elder, born abt. 1740 and his wife ANNA ZIMMERMAN, born abt. 1746, died 1820 in Columbiana County Ohio. Where was Mathias born?
