Sprague Family Research

Researching the Sprague family from Dorsetshire, England who came to the New England Colonies in 1629. Also researching many other surnames and ancestral lines. My current interest is focused on Immigrant Ancestor George Ernst Lindenberger (1730-1796) and William Howard (1822- )

  As found in the "Ralph Sprague Genealogy". Description: "He beareth party per fess, Ermine and Argent, in chief a Lyon passant, Gules. By the name of Sprague, granted to Sir Hugh Sprague, Esq., then living in Gloucestershire, England, in the year 1580, by Sir Wm. C. Clarencieux and from said grant descends to the name and family of Sprague."
