The Walter Douglas Squires Family Geneology Home Page

The information in this home page has been handed down to us by my mother, Virginia Ruth Barbour Squires. My sisters, Linda Ruth, Catherine Lynne, Janet Louise, Patricia Sue, and my brothers Richard James, and Roger Michael, all have had an interest in getting this altogether, but it has been my Aunt Betty Hess (my father, Lewis Walter Squires'sister) who has done all of the leg-work on tracing the family tree on my father's side. My sister Cathy was the primary source of inspiration to finally purchase the software and make the information available to all of us. I am astounded at all of the information that we have already, and a bit overwhelmed at what could be done to get a better picture of just what all of the histories of individuals and historical events were that created our family. I'll find some appropriate quote to express my feelings on a later revision!
