AND ELISABETH FUNK/FUNCH - LINEDANCER - b 1800 Bayern, Germany
d after 1866 Berlin, Germany
(she was a linedancer in Circus Goldkette 1808-1833 and called Nanette Goldkette) She later live in Berlin and married and die there after 1866.
and WULFF LEVI(called Louis/Levy GOLDKETTE, b 1778 Copenhagen, Denmark-dead 1833 Küstrin by Berlin, Germany (after 1949 Poland), mechanicus, illicionist, circusdirector.
Their son: WOLFFSCHRAM LEVI born 1816 Næstved, Sjælland, Denmark,called Wulff Goldkette - written into Mosaisk books, cristening in Fåborg (Denmark) church 24.10.1830 to: FREDERIK CHRISTIAN SØRENSEN.
I know he was married 2 times, and some of the ancestors still live in Fåborg, Denmark. His house, he built in Grønnegade 61, Fåborg, Denmark still stand today and very beautiful.
about JEAN GOLDKETTE (jazz pianist and orchesterleader in USA) b 18 march 1893 Patras, Greece - immigrated 1910 with his mother Angelina Goldkette (she was the daughter of Louis Goldkette b 1834 married with Jeanette Goudsmit) wellknown in America as a big jazz pianist, d 24 marts 1962 Santa Barbara, California,USA. -
Who was the father of Jean Goldkette???? - the rumors says it was price Konstantin of Greece and the beautiful Goldkette girls (Grec Qvartec) really performance in Greece at that time, so maybe the rumors is correct. The mother Angeline Goldkette later married Poliakoff born in Latvia, and they emigrated to USA.
Some of the ancestors from the circus family Goldkette live in Sweden - the brothers Bronett, who today owns Circus Scott.
