Her will, dated 5/14/1864, states land to go to sons: Michael, John J., and Jacob and daughters: Anna (wife of John Kuns, Sr.), Catharine, Mary (wife of Isaac Menges). Her will is found in Vol. 5, p. 601, 2/13/1871, File 525, Inventory 3/13/1871, Vendue 3/13/1871, Acct. f. 7/8/1872.
Her will is dated 5/14/1864 about 4 1/2 years before her death. Letters of Administration were granted to John J. Smith and Isaac Menges. They entered into bond with John B. Keller and Jacob Kunsicker in the sum of $1,000 on 13 Feb. 1871 for the estate of Catharine Smith, deceased, late of Boro. of Turbotville.
