My aim is to collect all information on every STATEN that has ever lived in the world.All references, family trees are welcome especially in Gedcom.My own tree is based in the UK and I am particularly interested if you lines go back to US immigrates from the UK.When the aim is well under way anyone with a enquiry for Staten should be able to be helped. The sooner this facility is worthwhile will depend on the speed information is collected so please contribute.Genealogy is great fun and absorbing. I find it like a huge jigsaw without a picture to follow and when pieces go together it gives a super buzz. If your name is related to Staten its reasonably certain there is a relation somewhere even if it goes back 500 years, so lets connect !!
2014 is scheduled for an update on my records and hopefully this will be done before April. Currently overcoming (jan2014) a triple bypass.
