I believe the child in the pic is Merlin who would have been born about 1900. Please correct me if I am not correct. Washington Sesco is the husband of Elsa D. Blackburn, a daughter to John Henry "Dink" Blackburn. This pic was found with the Blackburn family photos in Catlettsburg.
