She was born WFT Est. 1705-173996, and died Bef. 174096. He married (2) AMY LLEWELLYN97,98 1742 in Surry Co., VA99. She was born Abt. 1728 in probably Surry Co., VA99, and died Aft. 179399.

Assume he was 21 when he inherited property in 1756.

Will, dated 3-15-1785, was probated in Edgecombe Co. Feb 1789. Wife Amy, entire estate except land, reversion of 1 Negro to each child; son & Exr: William, 150A whereon he lives, reversion in 1/2 still and all tools; son: Frederick; son & Exr: Jesse, 300A in Dobbs Co. purchased of James Adair, horse, bridle, and saddle; son John plantation whereon I live, reversion in 1/2 still. Daus: Selah Taylor, Sarah Belcher, Ann Gardner and Elizabeth Gardner. Wit: William Little, Axum Little.

Abraham furnished supplies for the army during the Revolutionary War. Rev. War Accts. Vol. VII, Page. 65, #519, NC State Archives.

Note from Dot Little 1/18/98: Abraham Little was a revolutionary war soldier. His name is filed with the Daughters of the American Revolution. I now have a xerox copy (from Dot Little) of the DAR application of one of Abraham Little's descendants, Elizabeth Hines Little Shepley.

Notes from Jane Murtishaw Lindsay's site, updated 2002:
Abraham LITTLE was born before 1734 in Surry Co. VA (1559). Assume he was at least 21 when he inherited property in 1756. He was listed in the 1755 Beaufort Co. tax list, so should have been at least 21 then. He moved before Sep 1755 to North Carolina.(1561) (1562) Abraham was listed in the 1755 Beaufort tax list. He died about Jan 1789 in Edgecombe Co. NC.(1563) Will, dated 3-15-1785, was probated in Edgecombe Co. Feb 1789 (Bk C, pg 85). Wife Amy, entire estate except land, reversion of 1 Negro to each child; son & Exr: William, 150A whereon he lives, reversion in 1/2 still and all tools; son: Frederick; son & Exr: Jesse, 300A in Dobbs Co. purchased of James Adair, horse, bridle, and saddle; son John plantation whereon I live, reversion in 1/2 still. Don't know if Wm and brothers and sisters were children of 1st or 2nd wife. Parents: William LITTLE and Morning KIMBOROUGH.
He was married to Celia about 1738. Children were: Celia (Selah) LITTLE, William LITTLE, Jesse LITTLE, Frederick LITTLE, Sarah LITTLE, John LITTLE, Ann LITTLE, Elizabeth LITTLE.

He was married to Amy LLEWELLYN about 1742. (1566) Children were: Sarah LITTLE.
