He was listed as a head of family on the 1830 US Census, Ossippe,
Strafford Co., NH.Living with him were one male under age 5, one
female under age five, one female age 10 to 15 and one female age 40 to
50.
According to the History of Ossippe, NH, 1785 - 1985, by Edmund M. Cook,
Jr., R974.2bO84C.2, Jonathan was the first Moody to settle in
Ossippe.He lived on lot 23 on Pork Hill Rd. until moving to Ossippe
Valley in 1800.He was joined by his brother Clement and a host of
relatives whose exact genealogy is difficult to establish.
