| I am researching the Gerald C. Stempfley, Hazel L. Johnson, and Belle Benson families. I believe that the Stempfley family branch in Ohio is related to my family branch in Minnesota by my Great Grandfather's (John Joseph Stempfly) brother and sisters. I know that the surname spelling was changed by my Grandfather (John Christian Stempfley). I have completed the Johannesen/Johnson and Knudsen/Knudson/Ellingson family's genealogy. I am still looking for information regarding Nils Benson's place of birth and Norwegian emigration information (b: 8/30/1855, d: 1/03/1928).
