Harold Marvin Stehben, on right. His son, Dennis wrote, "My father went to Peoria in the mid 1930's to take employment with the Caterpillar Tractor Co. (a huge manufacturer of earthmoving equipment) where he stayed until he retired. He served in the US Army in World War 2 and was discharged as a technical sergeant at war's end. He served as a mechanic. But, he finished his working days at Caterpillar as an inspector in the Quality Control Dept." This fine photograph of Harold at work is remarkable because of its artistic quality, and also because many of the Australian clan will believe this portrays one of them, so striking is the genetic similarity (baldness and all!) to several males of the Australian clan!
