Beryl Stehbens married George Jackson in Methodist Church, Kingaroy on March 9, 1946. Beryl was renowned for her caring and compassion. Audrey Anderson was her close Christian friend and attended Beryl at her wedding along with 2 of Beryl's Olson cousins. George and Beryl operated Jackson's Shoe Store in Kingaroy. Beryl was also a gifted organist and contributed significantly through the musical ministry of Kingaroy Methodist Circuit. They raised 2 sons, Bruce Jackson and Noel Jackson.
