As part of the 2005 Stehbens Reunion program, 3 fieldtrips were offered. One group went to Burnett Heads Marina. There, one of the family, Ken O'Connor, operates his crabbing boat, "Pisces". Several of the descendants of Caroline (Stehbens) Lister joined the enthusiastic group, as Ken O'Connor is one of her descendants. Pictured L-R are Photo 1: Ashleigh Kasberger, Terese Kasberger, Kirsti Kasberger, Liam & Erin Gibson, Diane Wakefield, Norelle Kasberger; Photo 2: Melvin Nothdurft, Ken O'Connor, Tony Wakefield, Ian Stehbens; Photo 3: Diane Nielsen Wakefield is embraced by her 2nd cousin, Lynette Jenkinson Nothdurft. And Hazel Austin Smith who is the great granddaughter of Emma Stehbens Strand was delighted to be embraced by newly discovered relatives. That weekend, as photos were taken, old photos copied, memories jogged and joyful reunions made it became a special weekend. The Wakefields travelled from Sarina, the Gibsons from Emerald, Hazel Smith from Mackay, Ian Stehbens from Sydney, and Nothdurfts from Dalby. The O'Connor and Kasberger families are Bundaberg locals. Over 300 attended the reunion.
