Sylvia (Nee Quarrie) Morrison celebrated her 100th birthday on 9th September 2007 at her home in Tauranga, New Zealand. She received greetings from Queen Elizabeth II, Governor-General of New Zealand, politicians, a host of her family and many friends. It really was her special day! The whole family can rejoice that somewhere in our genetic DNA is the capacity to live healthy lives for more than 100 years! Sylvia and her daughter, Doreen, send their love to all the family around the world.
