THOMAS EVIDENTLY DIED IN WALES LEAVING HIS WIFE AND SEVEN CHILDREN. POSSIBLY WHEN HIS WIDOW AND CHILDREN EMMIGRATED TO AMERICA THEIR LAST NAME BECAME POTTS.
Notes for ELIZABETH:
It is believed that after her husband died she brought her seven children to America and settled in Pennsylvania before 1863 when the last name became Potts. It is believed that she sailed in one of two voyages directed by William Penn either in 1681 or 1682.
