Fact 1: Around 1855, a group of residents from Washington County, Ohio, moved to Salem, Henry County, Iowa. On January 18, 1865 Ebenezer and his brother-in-law went to Hillboro to get a load of coal.
Fact 2: January 18, 1856, Ebenezer and his brother-in-law,Jonathon Fenn, went to Hillboro, Iowa to get a load of coal. While the were busy in the mine getting coal the roof gave way killing the 2 of them.
