I have done substantial research back to the early 1500's for my family 'The Stokes Family'. They lived on the Shropshire & Welsh borders and Staffordshire (Wheaton Aston), before moving into the industral West Midlands (Wolverhampton) in the mid 1800's. I would enjoy hearing of any other research with this family. All marriage branches have been covered and in 13 generations a huge number of genetic relations is available if you have a genuine interest. |
