19. STEPHEN FRANKLIN⁴ MILLER (LOVEL³, GEOGE², GEORGE¹)^29,^30,^31,³² was born 1853³², and died July 13, 1924 in Chesterfield Co., SC³². He married HENRIETTA JOSEPHINE OGBURN ^33,^34,^35,^36,³⁷ February 04, 1877³⁷, daughter of HUGH OGBURN and HENRIETTA GUILD. She was born July 30, 1857³⁷, and died September 25, 1901 in Pageland Co., SC³⁷.

Per Clara Funderburk he is buried at Five Forks Cemetery on the way to Pageland, SC, but I couldn't find marker. At one time he owned 100 acres. He borrowed money against it and it was sold to settle his debt after he died. The legal paper said this land was given to him by his father, Love Miller.

She is buried at Five Forks Cemetery on way to Pageland. It is located close to where Hwy. 601 joins #9. Found her marker. Could not read it well. Have a picture of it.

The 1900 Census said she and her husband were 44 and 42, had been married 23 years. Sixteen children had been born, 9 living. Eight were listed at home. Lillie Mae was not listed so must have already married.

Henrietta Ogburn was born in Chesterfield Co. to Rev. Hugh Edward Ogburn and Henrietta Guild Ogburn. Her father was a Methodist preacher and the family moved frequently. It appears that Chesterfield Co. was the home place and Henrietta appears in frequent Chesterfield Co. Census reports. Her father died when she was only three.

Note her mother Henrietta Josephine Guild-Ogburn-Miller was first married to the Rev. Hugh Ogburn and after his death she married Lovel Miller, father of the Stephen F. Miller that this Henrietta Josephine married.

She died six months before her mother's death

John Littleton Rollins (Rollings) was the brother of Jonas Franklin (Robert) Rollins (Rollings). One story says he was buried beside 1st wife Mary Frances, another that he was buried beside 2nd wife Lillie Mae. That when they started to dig the grave, they came upon another casket and had to move his location slightly.
Marker at White Plains Baptist Cemetery has Mary Frances Rollings, b. 14 August 1870 d. 16 March 1910 "Wife of Littleton Rollings" I did not see a marker for him. He was known as Lit or Litt.

She and her husband are buried at West Side Cemetery, Lancaster, SC. Clara had birth date 1872. I believe it was 1886 as per 1900 Census. 1872 would not have fallen in the time period Stephen and Henrietta were married. Have not checked cemetery marker.

Lancaster, SC Feb. 20 - Mrs. Cattie Beatty, 67, widow of the late John W. Beatty, died at her home on Main street today around noon of a heart attack. She is survived by three daughters, three sons, two stepdaughters, 23 grand children, nine great grandchildren, and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Springdale Baptist Church with the pastor, the Rev. B. A. Davis, officiating, assisted by the Rev. J. F. Burris. Burial will be in the Westside Cemetery. The body will be taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. H. McManus Sunday morning to remain until one hour before the time of the service.

When she was a teenager her mother died (1901) and she helped rear her younger siblings
She married John W. Beatty when she was approximately 20 years old. He was a widower from Charlotte, NC and he had two little girls. He was 15 years older than Cattie.
Cattie and John W. Beatty had seven children during their marriage. After her husband's death, Cattie Beatty moved to Lancaster, SC to be near her children. She died in 1954.
