MC KINLAY - Elmer McKinlay, aged 84, of 2867 116th St Grant, MI, died Monday at the Grant Hospital following a long illness. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Norma) VanKovering of Rockford; two sons, John and Richard of Grant; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Norte Brown of Florida and Mrs. George (Audrey) Dobben of Jackson. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1pm from the McKinley Grant Chapel with Mr. Conrad Daniels officiaitngofficiating. Interment in Ashland Center Cemetery. For a more lasting memorial, the family requests that the Ashland Center Church of Christ Building Fund may be considered. Envelopes are available at the funeral home where relatives and friends may call after 7pm tonight.
