Mr. Dillard McClurg, aged 68, of 88 East Street, Kent City, passed away Sunday, September 17, 1967 at 36 Elmwood Street, Sparta. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; 1 son, Roger L. of Kent City; 4 daughters, Mrs. Robert (Bea) Millard of Lake Orion, Mrs. Kenneth (Delores) Erbes of Moab, Utah, Mrs. Arden (Betty) Hawkins of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Oscar (Shirley)Anderson of Sparta; 1 brother, Proctor Mc Clurg of Columbus, Ohio; 1 sister, Mrs. Mayme Cariel of Lucasville, Ohio, 17 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Kent City Baptist Church with Rev. Bentz officiating. Interment Idlewild Cemetery, Kent City.

McCLURG -- Dillard McClurg, aged 68, of 88 East St., Kent City, passed away Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter and son-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Oscar and Shirley Anderson. He is also survived by his wife Nancy; one son, Roger of Kent City; three other daughters, Mrs. Robert (Bea) Millard of Lake Oren, Mrs. Kenneth (Delores) Erbes of Moab, Utah, Mrs. Arden (Betty) Hawkins of of Grand Rapids. One brother, Procter McClurg of Columbus, Ohio. One sister, Mayme Coriel of Lucasville, Ohio. 17 grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 o'clock at the Kent City Baptist Church, with Rev. S. E. Bentz officiating. Interment Idlewild Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hessel Funeral Home, Sparta, where Mr. McClurg reposes.
