I have been researching my family tree in earnest since 1995. It is my goal to go as far back as I can and get as many descendants of my ancestors as is possible. Most of my line is Dutch and Norwegian, while most of my wife's line is German and Norwegian, but our ancestors do represent many of the other European Countries as well.
I have at last count amassed a data base of 41,132 names, and it is still growing! My research includes not only ancestors, but as many of the descendants of our ancestors as I can gather (hence the large amount of names).
See my reports, and related files below for more information on my family and what I am researching!
Books I have made for the family so far: Berg/Larson (2 Editions) Bouma/Middel (1 Edition) Vanderley/Den Boer (2nd ed. planned for 8/10/2008)
Future Book Plans Dahlby/Jefferson (sometime in the future depending on interest)

This was taken in 2004 at Brooke's 5th Birthday.

- West Frankfort, Illinois (the heights) in 1917 (135 KB)
Here is an old picture which shows my Great Grandfather and a few other relatives. The rest of the picture contains people I am unable to identify.
If there is anyone out there who would be able to identify the rest of the people (or even just some of the people) in this picture, please email me!
- Amanda Berg's Family (137 KB)
This is a picture of Amanda Berg and her extended family. Unfortunately my Grandmother (Irene) and I were only able to identify some of the people. If anyone can fill me in as to who everyone else is that would be GREAT!
- Coleman and Opal Claxton's Tombstone (31 KB)
I'm looking for any descendants of these people. They are buried in West Frankfort, Illinois. Please email me if you are related (on Opal's father's side) or a descendant.
