DANIEL DAUGHERTY
Was born in South Carolina in the year 1798; was brought when an infant
to Anderson County, Tennessee, on the head of New River, where he spent
his days. He lived with three loving companions in succession; was a
member of the Baptist Church about seven years. Died in full hope of
the reward of the just, on the 20th day of December 1882.
