She was the daughter of the late Barton and Nancy Chambers Terry. She was united in marriage to Olliver Strunk who preceded her in death. Ida was a devoted wife and mother and was a faithful member of the First Hickory Grove Baptist Church at the time of her passing.

She is survived by 3 children; Lucille Thompson of Revelo, Edna King of Pine Knot, and Thurston Strunk of Abingdon, Virginia; 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 10 great great. grandchildren; 2 brothers; Harrison Terry of Jamestown, Tenn., and Gayson Terry of Yorktown, Indiana; and a number of other relatives and friends who are saddened at her passing.

At the time of his death he was a member of the First Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Revelo, Ky., where he was a deacon in the church. He is survived by his wife IDA TERRY; three children, EDNA KING, THURSTON STRUNK, and LUCILLE THOMPSON, two brothers, JOE and LOY; two sisters, EMMA HARNESS and INA TAYLOR; twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Survivors: his wife, Mrs. SALLIE KING, of Oneida, Tenn.; 3 sons, JOHN HENRY KING, of Oneida, Tenn., JAMES KING of Knoxville, Tenn., ARTHUR VESTER KING, of Melford, Ohio. 2 daughters, Mrs. CLAUDINE FANNIN, Louisville, Ky., Mrs. GLADYS TERRY of Oliver Springs, Tenn., 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren, 2 step daughters, Mrs. MAXINE JONES, and Mrs. LOUISE MILLER, of Oneida, Tenn., 1 brother, 7 sisters and a host of other relatives who will greatly miss him, but we feel that our loss is his eternal gain in glory.
