Updated September 6, 2000

CRIPPEN: Between 1819-1820, John CRIPPEN and his wife Phebe moved from Penfield, Monroe Co. NY to York Hill, Warren Co. Penna. Love of God and devotion to family are the outstanding CRIPPEN values. This line is linked with the following families: Edward "of the Mayflower" FULLER, Rev. John LATHROP, Plymouth Colony minister, and Sir Roland, fil Alan de RICHMOND, Knight.
HAIGHT: Hugh Andrew Jackson HAIGHT and his wife Nancy J. PORTER raised a family of twelve children in Forest Co & Jefferson Co. Penna. Love of God is the HAIGHT family's binding element. For over 150 years the family, has remained true to its Methodist & Wesleyan Methodist heritage. This Haight family descends from Simon and Moses HOYT/HAIGHT.

HORTON: Squire HORTON & his wife, Judy YEOUMANS moved to Jefferson Co. Penna from Broome Co. New York. This HORTON family decends from Thomas HORTON, of Rehoboth, Mass. This family is proud if it's sons who have served in the American Revolution and the Civil War.

SUDUL: John Sudul, who emigrated to the US from Poland about 1900, moved his family from Cleveland, Ohio in 1916 to a small farm on York Hill, Warren Co. Penna. Like most turn of the century immigrants, John was a diligent worker. This devotion to a positive work ethic has been handed down to his children and grandchildren, who believe that "God intended work to be a labor of love"

If you have CRIPPEN, HAIGHT, HORTON, or SUDUL surnames that you are researching, I'd love to hear from you. Check "view report " below for a detailed family genealogy. Check out also the Warren County Penna Gen-Web page and the Forest County Penna Gen Web page.
