We are researching our grandfather Joseph John Bess and his father and grandfather. We have information to believe Joseph John Bess's father and Grandfather were both named John. Joseph John Bess also had a brother named John. The last John I mentioned is buried in Ishpemming Cemetary Ishpemming, Michigan.We think John the father and also John the grandfather to Joseph may be burried in Palmer,Michigan on private property. We believe they were farmers in Marquette County.
