John Luton was born around 1799 in Pennsylvania, and he married Nancy Elizabeth Fowler in 1820 in Ohio. John and Nancy had several children beginning with Jack 1820-?, Mary Alice b.(1825-1830)-d.?, William 1830-01/06/1879, Matilda 1833-?, Nancy 1837-?, John Adam 1842-1931. William married Mary Jane Milliken in 1860 in Gasconade County, Missouri. William and Mary Jane had several children William D Rice, Mary Alice, John Hazel, Nancy E., Flora, Laura, Jasper, Marion Milliken Luton, and Modie.
