I am researching the family of John Julius Kress, born May 1, 1876 and his wife Maude Stafford. They had five children, Dorothy, John, Bernice, Harold, and Robert. John was from Red Wing, Minnesota and they moved to Davenport, Iowa. John was also married before that to a Matilda and they had 2 children, Melvin and Rankin. And his third wife was Mabel. They didn't have any children. I am looking for information on John or Maude's families from generations before (they are my bloodline) or information on John's wife Matilda.

Also, I am looking for information on Ellis Linwood Swarts' family (generations before him). He is married to Belva Shafer and they have 3 sons, Harry, Richard and Roger.
