He was the 1st born of twins (the girl did not survive). Birth doctor: F.L. Rook, MD, Huntington Memorial Hospital, California Birth father: Marshall Alan HENRY, b. abt. 1925 in Chicago, Illinos; believed to have died from T.B. approx. 1983 in Fresno, California. Birth mother: PRIVATE Unknown to his birth-mother, Norman Lewis HENRY was given to the birth doctor by his father Marshall Alan HENRY, to be given or adopted to an unknown family.
