| In beginning the research of my family, I am interested in finding information about the surnames Swan and Preising. My family, as far as I know at this point, were located in Jefferson County, Kentucky and in the State of Ohio. Wilhelmina Presising, my paternal grandmother, married name was Swan and she had four children that I am aware of who were my father Eugene Phillip Swan, and Earnest Swan, Julia Swan, and George Swan. It is my understanding that Wilhelmina came from Germany. My father died when I was very young so I have very little information to go on. If you have information in regards to these families, please forward it to me. |
