Friends and Family,
It's been quite a while since my return from Kuwait and the last page update. Since then, the family and I have been transferred to Dover AFB, DE. I'm still not back to researching full time yet, but wanted to at least update my contact information. I have reviewed the Guestbook and realize I owe some of you answers. That's my next project, but I don't expect the core family information to change again until I can begin researching seriously again...projected for 2009 (Retirement from the AF!)
For those of you visiting for the first time...Welcome to the Swinson webpage! Here you will primarily find information on the Swinsons of North Carolina; however, all my family lines are important to me and they are posted here also. The Swinson family information, especially that body of work dealing with "Early" Swinsons, from 1675 - 1800, is currently being reviewed and edited for possible publication in a forthcoming Swinson Family compilation. It's too soon to talk specifics, but it appears the book will be a team effort. More to follow as the process progresses. Check back every now and then for updates.

We rendezvoused again in 2004...this time at Balad Air Base, Iraq. You've never appreciated your brother until you've gone through a mortat attack together!
