Pat Armor of Lenoir Co provided the following information from a book by Council Jarman, of Lenoir County, titled "Five Generations of the Family of Blackledge Harper", published in 1974.

"Isaac Stroud also had two sons by Hannah Taylor. These two sons: Isler Taylor b. abt. 1831 married 1) Betty Byrd 2) Malsie Byrd 3) Peggy Tyndall.
Isaac Taylor b. abt. 1832 married Mary Noble."
